what luck! ren and i went to town for dinner with xb and adel (it was supposed to be dinner to celebrate felix's birthday - postponed! owell.) anyway, we went to get ren's bangs cut after dinner. her new bangs look gor-gee-ous! : ) we walked by this shop, to notice some really adorable looking pairs of sneaks, lo-and-behold! a beautiful pair of shoes in green and yellow are propped high and at eye-level! it fitted ren like cinderella's glass slipper, and we knew there and then we had to get it. but this after looking at the guy who was running the shop, who is quite the *swooon* charming fellow. hahaha.
ren had to withdraw cash, so we walked all the way to scotts, giving us plenty of time to plan our mode of attack (yes, we were going to pounce on him and devour him in his nice green top.) mr. shoeman likes green. shrill giggles were definitely heard from our side of the border when we told us that. ren and i
like LOVE green.
when we got back to the shop, the first thing he said was "i think you two are cute too." i could die there and then, either from embarrassment or flattery. oh-my-gosh, we were two giggling laughing girls, enjoying the moment. he also found us interesting and fascinating, and he found me funny!! no one's every called me funny, and believe me, i think it's a compliment! weeeee. i have died. : )))
i told ren we could watch a horror flick and i would still be smiling. we caught tom yum goong at lido in the end. urgh. i hate the sound system, the seats, the theatre! their service kinda (underline kinda) make up for it tho. tom yum goong was fantastic - he practically broke the arm of every person he fought (and he fought alot of people.) also, tony jaa, the main character the movie is set around has about 4 lines in the entire movie. "where's my elephants?!" was the one he screamed most of the time.
